The Polished Consultation
Every project begins here. Over two dedicated hours in your space, our lead designer assesses flow, proportion, and light, captures a precise floor plan through advanced scanning technology, and develops curated mood boards for your priority spaces. You leave with a tailored project proposal and a clear direction to build from.
This is strategic design direction, the foundation every well executed project is built upon. It is intentionally distinct from a full itemized design plan, and your investment is credited in full toward continued work with our team.
Investment: $1,500, credited toward your engagement.
CONCIERGE PACKAGE ONE
The Estate Collection
Full-Service Design
For those who have built a life worth living in and expect a home that reflects it. The Estate Collection is our most comprehensive offering, providing complete stewardship of your project from concept through installation. From custom design and trade-only sourcing to procurement, contractor coordination, and white-glove delivery, every detail is thoughtfully managed to create a home of exceptional beauty and lasting value.
Investment: A $1,500 consultation, credited toward your full-service engagement. Full-service projects typically begin around $25,000 for design fees, plus a 20% project management fee, depending on the scope of work. Furnishings are quoted separately.
CONCIERGE PACKAGE TWO
The Signature Edit
Redesign & Refresh
For the client who has good bones and knows it. The Signature Edit is a refined recalibration of your space, thoughtfully layering new textiles, wallcoverings, art, and curated furnishings over what you already own. Rather than a full renovation, this is a carefully considered transformation that brings balance, sophistication, and a sense of completion to your home.
Investment: Design fees begin at $3,500 per space, with a $10,000 minimum investment toward furniture and décor. Furnishings are quoted separately.

The Atelier Experience
Remote Design
A complete, professionally designed concept delivered from our studio to yours, wherever you are. Your design includes thoughtfully curated layouts, furnishings, finishes, and a comprehensive shopping plan, giving you everything you need to bring your space to life with confidence and on your own timeline. The full expertise of our studio, designed for independent execution.
Investment: Starting at $2,500 per space.
Project Timeline: 4–6 weeks, depending on the scope of your project.
