The Estate Collection is H&P's most comprehensive offering. We assume full stewardship of your project from the first conversation through the final reveal, managing every decision, every vendor, every detail, so you can simply arrive and live in it.

Every piece in your home will be sourced exclusively through our trade-only vendor relationships, relationships built over years to ensure that what arrives in your space cannot be found in any showroom or online marketplace. This is not a courtesy. It is a standard.

the first conversation.

The Estate Collection is priced at a base design fee starting at $10 per square foot, with a 20% project management fee applied to the overall project scope.  Furnishings, materials, and procurement are quoted separately and managed within a budget we develop together.


We discuss investment in full during The Polished Consultation, before any commitment is made. There are no surprises in how we operate.

THE CONSULTATION

A comprehensive in-home assessment of your space. We evaluate flow, proportion, light, and potential. You receive a precision floor plan, curated moodboard, and a full project proposal.

DESIGN CONCEPT

We develop your custom design concept: spatial plan, material palette, furniture direction, and present it for your review and approval. Nothing moves forward until you love it.

SELECTION & PROCUREMENT

All furniture, fixtures, and materials are finalized and ordered through our trade accounts. We manage every purchase order, lead time, and vendor relationship.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We coordinate all contractors, deliveries, and installations. We are on site when we need to be and in communication with you throughout. You never have to chase anyone.

INSTALLATION & STYLING

White-glove delivery and installation of all furnishings, art, and accessories. The space is styled to the final detail before you see it.

THE REVEAL

Your home is unveiled. We walk through it together, provide a personalized care guide, and remain available for 30 days for any follow-up questions or adjustments.
