About Haute & Polished Designs

Haute & Polished Designs is a Washington, DC-based interior design studio serving clients in the greater Washington DC Metro area, including DC, Maryland, and Virginia, with select domestic and international projects. We provide interior design services including full-service interior design, residential and commercial design, consultations, virtual design, home staging, space planning, 3D rendering, art selection, and related design services.

Consultations and Services

Submitting a form, contacting us, or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship unless and until a separate written agreement is signed by Haute & Polished Designs and the client.

Project scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, payment terms, cancellation terms, and other service-specific details will be outlined in a separate proposal, contract, invoice, or written agreement.

SMS Program Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Haute & Polished Designs, you agree to receive SMS messages from us. Message types may include appointment reminders, consultation follow-ups, project-related updates, customer service messages, review requests, promotional updates, and occasional offers related to our interior design services.

Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 2 to 8 messages per month, though frequency may vary based on your relationship with us, your project activity, or your specific request.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges may be imposed by your mobile carrier. Haute & Polished Designs is not responsible for any charges related to SMS messages.

Opting in to SMS messages is voluntary. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Haute & Polished Designs.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Rejoining Instructions

If you previously opted out and would like to rejoin our SMS program, you may opt in again by submitting a form, checking the SMS consent box where available, or otherwise providing your consent to receive text messages from Haute & Polished Designs.
